We provide patient advocacy and healthcare support services centered on patient-focused communication, facilitation of physician-directed plans of care, and care coordination. Our nurses support client autonomy by observing, monitoring, and reporting relevant information; contributing to health education and care-related data collection; and coordinating assistance with activities of daily living and community resources, all in alignment with California scope of practice.
Nurses With Savvy provides non-clinical patient advocacy and care coordination services and does not provide hands-on nursing care, medical treatment, or independent clinical decision-making.
